Here's an easy tomato soup recipe I used to make for my kids. I mostly make this to go along with toasted cheese sandwiches.

Ingredients
8ouncecan tomato sauce
1/2cupchicken brothvegetable broth or water
1/2cupmilk
2tspcorn starch
2tspsugar
1/4tspsalt
Instructions
Put the chicken broth, vegetable broth, or water and cornstarch in a pot and mix well. The broth or water needs to be cold to avoid getting lumps from the cornstarch
Add the rest of the ingredients to the pot and bring to a simmer
Simmer for 5 minutes stirring frequently and you are done.
Notes
This makes about 2 cups of soup. Enough for a full bowl of soup or two cups. If you want more just double the ingredients. When doubling using a 14.5oz can of tomato sauce instead of two 8 oz cans will be fine though will result in 1.5oz less soup.
