I really enjoyed Todd’s show Top Secret Recipes on CMT which aired in 2011 I think. I think you can still watch the episodes online.

I’ve tried a few recipes from the Top Secret Recipes website. What I really like is you can buy just one recipe if you want and it’s not expensive as in its less than $1 per recipe. This is great if there is just a couple recipes you want. If you watch the shows you’ll get an idea of what effort he puts into making these recipes and it’s a great resource.
