Badia Louisiana Cajun Seasoning

I like Badia Louisiana Cajun Seasoning a lot with shrimp.  I prefer it over Old Bay.

I’ll post some recipes soon. Badia has a lot of recipes on their site though unfortunately I can’t find a way to view the ons using cajun seasoning only (hint Badia!)

For shrimp I usually just put some in water like you would do with Old Bay and boil the shrimp or steam them. I use less of any spice for shrimp than most do in my area. I want to taste the shrimp too and personally some overdo it with the spices.

Ingredients on the label are: Dehydrated vegetables (garlic & onion), spices including paprika, salt, and tricalcium phosphate (to prevent caking).

It is Kosher, Halal, gluten free, MSG free, and it’s country of origin is the United States.
